Return Policy

• 20% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL RETURNS
• NO RETURNS on electrical parts.
• NO RETURNS on parts that show any marking of being installed or if the condition of the part has been compromised.
• 15 DAY LIMIT on returnable parts. No credit will be issued and item is not returnable after 15 days.
• PER MANUFACTURER RETURN POLICY PARTS WILL NOT BE DEEMED RETURNABLE IF the original packaging is torn, unwrapped, damaged by writing or marking, OR not in the original packaging.
• DAMAGED PARTS must be submitted within THREE business days of receival date to be considered for return.
• Customer is responsible for any costs associated with returns items.

Cancellation Policy

• An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
• If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 20% may apply.
